What mountain bike would be best to buy in bulk?
Want to buy 25+ bikes for a 400 acre property in BC. Its hilly but will mostly be for getting around the property so nothing too strenuous. Want something that will be cheap for replacement parts and solid enough to take wear and tear for a few years. Price is a concern but since I have no real sense of cost at this stage I’ll leave it open to suggestions.

If the bikes are a part of the attraction then you really can’t afford significant malfunction or downtime. Customers will be disappointed if the bike doesn’t work well. That means you need regular maintenance. Regular maintenance also keeps things safe.
Make a package deal with a local shop for both the bikes and a regular maintenance program. You should get a fairly deep discount for buying that many bikes at once. The maintenance program gives you additional leverage to keep the one-time cost for the bikes low given that there will be recurring revenue for the maintenance.

Like anything else in life, usually the more you spend, the better the quality. Bikes Direct has some good ones & some bad ones. Even the “Intermediate Level” bikes will run $600 or more.
